Training and Support

My Home Watch has spent several months developing their franchisee training program and Operations Manual. It has been designed to give a franchisee the required skills and knowledge to operate their own My Home Watch Franchise.

Initial Training

The initial training takes place over fourteen days, and covers:

  • My Home Watch overview and the market place
  • Setting up and running your own My Home Watch business
  • Technical training to confidently run your own My Home Watch business
  • Sales and marketing training to maximize your earning potential
  • Administration and reporting

This training gives you sufficient knowledge to confidently begin trading as My Home Watch within your territory.

Ongoing Training and Support

Once you have had your initial training from My Home Watch it doesn’t stop there. Ongoing  training is available to you if you want more advanced training or just some refresher training to go over anything again.

We feel that our training, support and backup are key features of our franchise offering.
