Step Two: We’ll Visit You.
During the free initial site visit, we’ll get to know you, your home, and any special requirements that come along with the property.
We’ll discuss service options and together we’ll decide which service suits you best.
We’ll lock in times for our inspection and we’ll create a service contract for you. This contract will be customised to your needs.
We also usually collect a key at this point. Keys held by the office are stored in a locked box separate from service contracts or other client information. We code our keys with a secure coding system that prevents anyone from linking the key back to the client. If you prefer not to use our safe key service, a pickup/drop off key charge of $10 will be added each time the key is collected after the initial visit.
Step Three: It’s Official.
We have two payment options, you may choose to pay on the spot via your credit or debit card or alternatively we can send you the invoice, which is to be paid at the beginning of the contract, or 10 days prior to departure. We accept cash, bank transfers or we will invoice you through PayPal.

We’ll send you through our preparation checklist.
Step Five: Time To Relax. Your Home Is In Safe Hands.
Site inspections will be conducted as defined in the service contract. Our vehicles are not identifiable with any My Home Watch branding, so no one will know you’re not at home.
Reporting – World Wide Access
We use advanced technology specifically designed for the Home Watch Industry. This allows us to login and show you our GPS position and time, and send you electronically-completed reports, and photos.
Via this Advance Technology we can:
- Prove we were there: Provide hard evidence that a visit was made to your property with our revolutionary QRID Matrix system. Date time & GPS position of the reporter is captured as soon as they scan the QRID card at your property. This info is then recorded and added into the final report.
- Flag Issues: Clearly flag any problem areas for your attention along with detailed descriptions and photos. You will quickly see issues flagged in your report so you can respond immediately.
- Client Dashboard: You can login from anywhere in the world to get instant access to your invoices and reports through your own secure dashboard.
We’ll also report all our activities to you.
You’ll receive email updates and see our work from anywhere in the world. All home visits are electronically documented and digitally photographed as per your requirements.
A copy of our checklist and pictures will be forwarded to you after each service visit.
