Your service is delivered on a monthly basis, so there are no long term lock in contracts. If your circumstances change, and you no longer require our services, we do ask for a minimum of one week’s cancellation notice so we can adjust our Home Watch scheduling in your area.

There’s no special preparation needed. We’ll run the dishwasher through a rinse every visit to prevent the seals from drying out, and to prevent unpleasant odors. We’ll run the garbage disposer briefly each week for the same reasons.
