Whether you’re heading overseas to visit the relatives, or you’ve got a business conference to attend, we’ll check both the interior and exterior of your property. If we notice anything out of the ordinary, or a problem arises and requires immediate attention, we’ll contact you and work together to create a solution that works for you.

Services provided on each visit can be customised to suit your needs:

Interior:

Visual checks for leaks or drainage issues
Visual check for pest infestations
Run all taps and showers
Check appliances, check refrigerators
Flush all toilets
Run washing machine, dishwasher and other machinery by request
Visual interior check of doors, windows and lighting
Forward or hold mail by request
Second point of contact for security company
Reset security system upon departure
Run garbage disposal, empty indoor rubbish bins
Water indoor plants by request

Exterior:

Visual check of doors, windows and exterior entry points, including locks.
Visual check of pool, tennis court, and shed
Visual check of landscaping and fencing
Visual check for any leaks or drainage issues
Removal of newspapers, flyers, mail, and anything in your letter box.
Start any vehicles *if required
Arrange to have cars cleaned or serviced *POA
Mail hold service, and mail forwarded on completion
Bin Service
Outdoor Watering Service, lawns, flowerbeds, pots
Clean entry way to remove signs of no one at home
Send Home Watch report after each visit with photos
