Today, we are delighted to welcome Ben as Head Trainer of our My Home Watch training department! Congratulations Ben! The new role as Head Trainer within the organisation is to assist franchisees with all their training requirements. New franchise partners are flown to Sydney from their home state to spend a one on one day training day with Ben after completing their online training course. Founder & CEO Natasha Morgan says” A key part of the role is to ensure that our new Franchisees have the tools to effectively communicate with their customers, our corporate partners and grow their successful businesses. Ben was the perfect candidate with his excellent background in training, now with the added skill set in field experience and as a fantastic franchise business owner. Our key goals over the past 6 months has been to introduce our new technology and streamlining our business processes. Ben has excelled as an ambassador for our brand and we welcome him into his new corporate role.”
The initial training takes place over fourteen days and covers:
- My Home Watch overview and the marketplace
- Setting up and running your own My Home Watch business
- Technical training to confidently run your own business
- Sales and marketing training to maximise earning potential
- Administration and reporting
