A weekend away or a business trip, we’ll inspect the exterior of your property, collect mail, put bins out and customise this service to suit your needs. We’ll check for any damage or signs of intrusion. If we notice anything out of the ordinary, or a problem arises and requires immediate attention, we’ll contact you and work together to create a solution that works for you.
Services provided on each visit:
- Visual check of doors, windows and exterior entry points, including locks
- Make sure gates, fences are secure and locked
- Visual check of pool, tennis court, and shed
- Visual check of landscaping and fencing
- Visual check for any leaks or drainage issues
- Visual check of meter box for tripped breakers
- Removal of newspapers, flyers, mail, and anything in your letter box
- Start any vehicles * if required
- Mail hold service, and mail forwarded on completion
- Bin Service
- Outdoor Watering Service, lawns, flowerbeds, pots
- Clean entry way to remove signs of no one home
- Send Home Watch report after each visit with photos
